THE ASK
The client, LA County, seeks a user-friendly website to enhance public awareness and understanding of Senate Bill (SB) 1383. Additionally, they aim to leverage digital paid media to expand outreach beyond traditional in-person events.
The goal is to educate citizens about the bill’s implications and promote engagement with its provisions through strategic digital marketing efforts.
