As part of this effort, there is a requirement to execute a digital campaign with the goal of increasing app downloads and enhancing ridership for the local transit system.

THE SOLUTION

We recommended using a WordPress website as the central landing page for all our campaign efforts. The primary objective of our campaign strategy is to raise brand awareness, with the secondary objective of driving website traffic and increased app downloads.

In static images ad campaigns, the primary goal is to boost brand awareness, with a secondary aim of driving up website traffic.

Utilized English and Spanish targeting in the multi-language campaign to engage a diverse linguistic audience, ensuring broader reach and increased engagement.

Tailored ad copies and assets to cater to different age demographics, improving relevance and enhancing resonance with each specific group.

We produced an animated video for our ad campaigns with the primary intention of delivering information and educational content to the audience, coupled with the secondary objective of boosting website traffic.

THE RESULTS

These strategies led to substantial improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs), including an 11.34% enhancement in CPM (Cost per Mille) and a remarkable 75.83% improvement in CPE (Cost per Engagement). Additionally, the Average CTR (Click-Through Rate) surpassed the industry benchmark, experiencing an increase of approximately 33.33% compared to the standard.
