How to Share Meta Business Suite Access

 

Step 1: Log into Meta Business Suite

  1. Go to Meta Business Suite and log in with your credentials.
  2. Select the business account you want to manage.

 

Step 2: Go to Business Settings

  1. Click on the Menu icon in the top left corner, then select Business Settings.

 

Step 3: Add People to Your Business

  1. In the left-hand menu, click on People under the Users section.
  2. Click the Add button.
  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to add (your marketing agency’s contact).
  4. Select the role and permissions you want to assign:
    • Employee Access: Limited access to specific accounts and tools.
    • Admin Access: Full control over your business account.
  5. Click Next to assign assets to the user, such as Pages, Ad Accounts, and Instagram accounts.
  6. Click Invite to send an invitation to the user.

 

Step 4: Notify Your Agency

Inform your marketing agency that they have been invited to access your Meta Business Suite. They will receive an email invitation and can accept it to gain access.
